We are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Blaydon, Gateshead (NE21). As a Relief Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. Our supported living service hosts three young men, supporting them through morning routines, personal care, mealtimes, sensory activities, and regular visits to community opportunities such as Beamish Museum, beach days, meals out, trike rides, and discos.
You will be part of a team of at least four people per shift.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options: Relief.
Shift times: All our services are 24hr care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance. A non‑contractual sleep‑in is available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
