Overview
We are looking for a care professional to support residents living with Dementia in a care home. You will remember and respond to residents individual preferences and routines to help them feel safe, secure and at home.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to residents living with Dementia
- Pay attention to individual preferences and routines to maintain safety and comfort
- Support residents with daily living activities and companionship
- Collaborate with the team to deliver Gold Standard care

- Experience in an elderly care setting
