Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Protection Broker / Protection Advisor to join an established, independently owned mortgage brokerage based in Gateshead
.
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic
OTE: £65,000–£70,000+ (top earners £100k+)
Working alongside a high-performing mortgage team, you will receive 15–20 hot protection leads per week
, all generated from completed and ongoing mortgage cases.
- Provide whole-of-market protection advice
- Life assurance, critical illness, income protection & GI
- Telephone and virtual appointments nationwide
- Full admin support post-application
- Experience as a Protection Advisor / Protection Broker
- Strong product knowledge and FCA compliance awareness
- Target-driven with a focus on high earnings
