Overview

Mortgage Advisor - North East. PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a Premiership status AR of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150-advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works with contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

The roles available are either Employed or Self Employed with all leads provided by the Estate Agency partners. This role would support the Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Durham, Low Fell and Newcastle. The roles can be full office working or hybrid.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE negotiable with an OTE of £70,000+. For self-employed role, splits are 70% on self-gen with leads provided at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
