About the roleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who benefit from additional guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils during classroom activities
- Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
- Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers to monitor progress
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll see the real impact of your support every day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
