Job Overview

We wish to appoint 2 highly motivated, enthusiastic teachers with a positive attitude and high expectations of themselves and others. You will ideally have experience of working with pupils with SEND and be able to provide a challenging and enjoyable education for our pupils. You must be able to work as part of a team, including multidisciplinary professionals and parents/carers. We are looking for teachers who are committed and enthusiastic, with good organisational and communication skills.

• MPS-UPS - £32,916 - 51,048 plus SEN £2,787 (depending on experience)
• Full Time - 10 Sessions
• Temporary - Maternity Cover

Gibside School is a maintained specialist primary school in Gateshead. We provide high quality education for around 200 pupils aged between 2-11 years with severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
