If you’ve always been curious about behaviour, development, and how young minds work, this could be your perfect first step.

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Durham looking for a Psychology graduate to support pupils with additional needs.

  • Helping children regulate emotions and access learning
  • Building positive, consistent routines
  • Gaining hands‑on experience that’s ideal for future Educational Psychologists, Therapists or Teachers
What we’re looking for:
  • A Psychology degree
  • Calm, patient communication
  • Genuine interest in SEN and child development
  • Resilience and a steady approach
Why start with us?
