We’re recruiting for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in a Gateshead SEN school supporting a pupil with Autism.

• Providing daily 1:1 classroom support
• Using visual supports and structured routines
• Helping manage transitions and sensory needs
• Encouraging independence and communication
• Liaising with teachers and support staff

You’ll build a genuine bond and see personal growth daily. Small steps become big milestones.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
