Art Graduate – Creative Learning Support Assistant

This SEMH provision in Gateshead uses creativity as a tool for emotional expression and regulation. Art isn’t “just a subject” here. It’s therapy. It’s connection. It’s confidence building.

You’ll be:
  • Supporting creative lessons and practical workshops
  • Helping pupils express emotions safely
  • Working 1:1 with students who struggle in traditional classrooms
  • Encouraging engagement through creative projects
  • Building trust through shared activities

Ideal for grads considering:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
