• Maintaining an optimal working environment for students to succeed
• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging PE lessons to KS3-KS5
• Building rapport with students and colleagues to ensure the best chance of success
• Assessing student progress and utilising opportunities to improve performances

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Related degree (preferred but not required)
• Previous teaching experience within a secondary school
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage classroom environment for optimal student progression
