Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant – SEMH Provision

Location: Gateshead
Start Date: Immediate / September start

This SEMH school in Gateshead supports pupils who need consistent adults, clear boundaries and genuine encouragement.

Your daily responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with behaviour regulation

  • Assisting during structured learning sessions

  • Supervising break times and transitions

  • Helping students reflect on behaviour and choices

  • Working closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams

This role suits graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Sociology or related fields.
