A supportive primary school in Gateshead is looking for an Early Career Teacher to join their EYFS team. This is a full-time role, 8.30am to 3.30pm
, with strong mentoring and clear routines already in place.

If you’ve recently completed your PGCE and want guidance, not guesswork, this could be your ideal first step.

What your days will look like
  • Teaching a small, well-supported EYFS class

  • Working alongside an experienced parallel teacher

  • Access to structured planning and shared resources

  • Building routines with support from SLT and your mentor

  • Growing your classroom confidence week by week

We’re looking for someone who
  • Holds UK QTS and is completing or has completed ECT training

  • Is eager to learn and open to feedback

  • Brings warmth and creativity into Early Years

  • Wants a school that helps you find your feet
