A Gateshead school is looking for graduates with Psychology or Criminology backgrounds to support students with SEMH needs.

You’ll work closely with pupils who need structure, boundaries, and someone who believes in them.

• Supporting pupils with behaviour plans
• Delivering 1:1 mentoring sessions
• Helping students manage triggers and emotional responses
• Supporting classroom engagement
• Promoting positive routines and attendance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
