Salary: £85 – £110 per day

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Gateshead
. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.

Support class teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom activities.

Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils make progress.

Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment.

Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required.

Help prepare learning resources and support planned activities.

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable).
