Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant - No experience needed
Location: Low Fell & Chowdene

A full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant role could be a great fit if you like routine, relationships and meaningful days.

Protocol Education works with Primary Schools across Gateshead, supporting them with consistent KS1 classroom support.

The role will involve:

Supporting KS1 pupils throughout the school day

Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom routines

Offering calm reassurance and encouragement

Working closely with the class teacher

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children (personal or proffesional)

Is patient, caring and reliable

Enjoys supporting early learning

Can commit to full-time hours eventually

Has the right to work in the UK

Holds a DBS, or we can help you apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
