Protocol Education is working with several Primary Schools across Gateshead who need reliable SEN Teaching Assistants for supply cover. These schools value patience, empathy and consistency
, and they know how vital good support staff are.

• Providing 1:1 or small group SEN support
• Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
• Supporting emotional regulation and classroom routines
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
• Creating a safe, encouraging space where children feel understood

• Has experience supporting children with SEN OR a strong interest in this area
• Is patient, nurturing and confident supporting different needs
• Can adapt quickly to new settings
• Communicates clearly and kindly
• Has the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
