• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates for bespoke joinery and fit‑out projects.
• Reviewing drawings and specs to carry out take‑offs for materials, labour, and costs.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Supporting cost control, value engineering, and project analysis.
• Producing clear, professional tenders and BOQs, always on time.

• Experience in estimating within construction (joinery knowledge a bonus).
• Ability to read drawings/technical specs and keen to develop take‑off skills.
• Confident with Excel and numbers, with great attention to detail.
• A proactive, motivated team player who's eager to learn and grow.
