Sales Manager

PFC Holdings Group Ltd, trading as Plastic Processing Ltd, is a collective of specialised plastic manufacturing companies. It includes Plastic Furniture Company, supplying rotationally moulded products such as outdoor furniture and branded bins for various industries. B2B Injection Moulding focuses on producing custom plastic injection moulded components and subassemblies. We also provide vacuum formed parts primarily for the vent tile sectors.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gateshead. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and representing the company in negotiations and promotional events.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Experience in injection moulding or plastics
• Strong understanding of market research, sales planning, and customer behavior analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead a sales team effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
