Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

This role supports opportunities for paid travel and occasional overnight stays and may include eligibility for certification in a pharmacy counter role.

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Safety First — drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events; adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to achieve success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and participate in productivity-based wage increases as applicable.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred. If you have discipline and are willing to learn, we will train the rest.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools; strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency; positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Applications from candidates with no degree or returning to the workforce, and those with military experience, are encouraged.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), frequent use of a ladder, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. Travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays, may be required.
