The career opportunity for you:

Recore Electric is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to manage industrial electric projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience. The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver & exercises great communication skill with project managers and clients.

Duties are but may not be limited to:

• Managing a crew of 10
  -15 electricians
• Review plans and layouts provided by the Project Manager
• Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes
• Generate weekly and monthly material requests
• Attend job site meetings with General Contractor, when needed
• Maintain daily logs and other paperwork that can be required by the General Contractor
• Use an iPad to document daily progress on a project
• Maintaining safe and clean working environment
• Comprehend and practice safe work procedures

MUST HAVE:

• 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
• Strong industrial electrical background
• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code
• Ability to safety operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle.
