Commercial Roofing Installer Responsibilities

* Possess the physical capabilities required for commercial roofing, including but not limited to lifting (up to 80 lbs), stooping bending, material handling, ladder climbing, awareness of height exposure and the capacity to work in adverse weather conditions

* Learn and gain skill in working to meet the standards and application quality set by GSM Services for the installation or roofing materials

* Learn and gain skill in the proper use and maintenance of roof equipment

* Demonstrate ability to carry out directions given by the immediate supervisor as it relates to job-site production

What you Need to be Qualified for the Commercial Roofing Installer Position

* Minimum of 2-3 years of Commercial Roofing Experience

* Good physical condition and good balance

* Must be 18 years of age

* Cannot have a fear of heights

* Must be able to withstand hot, strenuous, and dirty conditions.

* High school education or equivalent

* Possess the ability to read and write English to a HS level

* Have mechanical and mathematical ability

* The position involves climbing ladders, working in man lifts, working at heights on roofs

* Experience with hand and power tools

* Posses the required tools for sheet metal roofing work
