Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager.
- Set targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
- Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.
Previous restaurant management experience is required. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
