• Provide compassionate and effective medical care to patients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trust
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Manage a diverse caseload with both medical and surgical cases
• Support the development and growth of team members through guidance and mentorship

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program (or equivalent international completion)
• Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one in North Carolina)
