• Position: Nurse Practitioner – Employer-based Health Center (Part-Time Contract)
• Location: Gastonia, NC
• Contract Length: 15 weeks (Feb 1 – May 10, 2026)
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

This Nurse Practitioner contract supports a community-focused health center providing accessible primary care services. The role is ideal for an NP seeking a structured schedule, collaborative practice, and meaningful patient interaction without nights or weekends.

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive care services
• Assess patient conditions through diagnostic testing and clinical evaluation
• Develop care plans, document findings, and outline prognosis
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic interventions
• Refer patients to physicians or specialty resources when needed
• Maintain accurate medical records within the EMR system
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
• Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
• Experience with EMR documentation
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines
