LPN – Mt. Holly Emergency

Overview

Sign On Bonus Available up to $13,000 (based on experience)! To render nursing care to a group of assigned patients as directed by the department manager and/or Registered Nurse. Collaborates with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care. Performs all activities in accordance with approved policies and guides. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel.

• Provide nursing care to a group of assigned patients as directed by the department manager and/or Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other health care team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Perform activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate duties to ancillary personnel.

• Current LPN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state/compact license).
• Must have 2 years ED or hospital experience.
• Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
• Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 3 months of employment.
• CPI required within 6 months.
