Established in 1984 as MAT Holdings, Inc., we are a $1.2 billion company hiring a 1st Shift Safety & Training Coordinator starting at $25.00 per hour.

Base pay range $25.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Shift hours Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Opportunities for overtime pay and an $800 sign‑on bonus.

• Adhere to preferred methods for inbound, inventory, or outbound process.
• Must be able to lift 30‑50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

A Safety & Training Coordinator will be considered for promotional opportunities by demonstrating a strong work ethic, arriving at work on time, and remaining productive throughout the day. The next step includes cross‑functional training and potential advancement to Warehouse Specialist or Leadership Development.
