Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour + 10% Shift Premium

Available Shifts &

Hours:

• 2nd Shift – 2:55 PM to 11:25 PM, Monday through Friday
• 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art machinery in a collaborative environment.

The role involves operating CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspecting products to ensure they meet all drawing specifications. Ideal candidates will read and interpret blueprints, use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and proactively recognize and adjust for any machining issues. • Operate multiple CNC machines.
• Work safely around equipment and coworkers.
• Participate in training and learn about Dixon products.
• Perform daily maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years of CNC experience preferred.
• Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints.
• Ability to use shop mathematics.
• Stand for 8 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift.
• Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team.
