Job Overview:

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machines to produce precision parts. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Setup
    • Prepare and set up CNC machines based on job requirements.
    • Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.
  • Operation
    • Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing quality parts.
    • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for precision and efficiency.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot and rectify any issues that may affect product quality.
  • Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production quantities.
  • Safety
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma.
  • Previous experience as a CNC Operator or relevant technical training.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
