The role requires a high school diploma and familiarity with web offset printing, as well as mechanical skills. Responsibilities include setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment, working as part of a team to achieve production standards. Candidates must be prepared for night shifts and have the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

Experience in machine operation is preferred.
