OverviewThe Business Analyst for Regional Digital Enablement serves as the key link between regional business needs and digital solution delivery. The role ensures that local requirements are accurately captured, assessed, and transformed into concrete digital initiatives that support both regional objectives and global digital strategy. This position plays a central role in evaluating digital opportunities, driving the adoption of digital tools, and ensuring that regional teams can fully leverage technology to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
This Business Analyst must combine strong business acumen, analytical clarity, and the ability to navigate complex changing environments.
- Collect and structure business requirements from regional stakeholders (sales, marketing, CX, operations)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analyses to assess opportunities for digitalization and process improvement
- Develop non-strategic or lightweight digital tools (e.g., calculators, dashboards, …) to meet urgent or specific regional requirements
- Adapt and localize existing global tools to ensure usability and relevance in the regional context
- Maintain documentation for all regional tools, including user guides and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with global Digital teams when regional needs intersect with the strategic tech stack
- Ensure seamless integration of regional solutions into the broader system landscape
- Participate in testing cycles (UAT) and secure sign-off before deployment
- Identify and nurture digital initiatives that are not centrally prioritized but are essential for regional growth or customer satisfaction
- Evaluate feasibility, impact, cost, and risk for such initiatives
- Challenge business requirements and proposed tools to ensure alignment with customer experience, commercial goals, and operational efficiency
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions when relevant
- Lead change management activities related to new tools or digital processes
- Train local sales teams through workshops, webinars, and use-case-driven sessions
- Monitor adoption and usage patterns; propose corrective actions where needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years’ minimum experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or similar roles
- Previous experience working with CRM systems, digital platforms, and analytics tools
- Proven track record in designing or adapting localized digital tools
- Practical experience in developing customer-centric digital initiatives (e.g., customer portals, digital sales aids, dashboards)
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage depending on region
- Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of commercial drivers and regional market dynamics - Proficiency using Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI)
- Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations - Digital Fluency:
Understanding of digital tools relevant to CRM, sales enablement, customer portals, data analytics, workflow automation, etc. - Change Management:
Strong capability in training, onboarding, and supporting adaptation - Communication &
Collaboration:
Able to manage diverse stakeholders and build consensus
- Master's Degree
- Development and coding skills using Python, HTML, DAX, SQL
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Previous similar experience in Automotive Aftermarket
