- Night weekend shifts 12 hours 6 pm - 6 am
- 40 - 80 patients per day with 1 - 3 emergencies per night
- Inpatient cardiology coverage at hospital
- Solo APP with 2 MDs on call with 30 minute response time
- Handles cardiac emergencies and routine consults
- Coverage for Gastonia and Belmont hospitals
- Adult and geriatric cardiac patients including MI and shock
