• Night weekend shifts 12 hours 6 pm - 6 am
• 40 - 80 patients per day with 1 - 3 emergencies per night
• Inpatient cardiology coverage at hospital
• Solo APP with 2 MDs on call with 30 minute response time
• Handles cardiac emergencies and routine consults
• Coverage for Gastonia and Belmont hospitals
• Adult and geriatric cardiac patients including MI and shock
