BCBA - In-Home Services | Coastal North Carolina

Serving families throughout Coastal North Carolina (Wilmington, Jacksonville, Morehead City, and surrounding areas).

• Provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in their homes
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BT/RBTs with positivity and support
• Collaborate closely with caregivers to celebrate progress (big and small!)
• Maintain learner-centered documentation

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Experience with in-home or community-based ABA (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills and a heart for family-centered care
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
