We are actively hiring for Registered Nurses for our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) that delivers mental and behavioral health services to clients in the community.
NOTE:
This role is community based out of our Gastonia, NC office with regular travel to clients in Gaston, Lincoln, and Cleveland Counties.

Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults in our community based program in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Schedule & LocationFull-time, Day Shift, M-F, 8AM-5PM (with flexibility), based in Gastonia, NC with regular travel to clients in Gaston and Cleveland Counties.
Job Type: (Community Based/Onsite) This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Job Duties- Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
- Providing physical and psychological assessments
- Offering education and resources
- Providing individual mental and physical health education
- Assisting with crisis intervention
- Nursing Degree from Accredited School (BSN preferred)
- Experience working with adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Experience working in a program based in Assertive Community Treatment is highly desired.
- Strong Documentation Skills
- Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
- North Carolina Registered Nursing License
- 6 weeks of total PTO in your first year!!!
