Job Description:

Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Companion Sitter, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Support clients with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Monitor and manage client medications as directed, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Offer companionship through conversation, recreational activities, and social engagement to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and reports, in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and the management team to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Ensure the dignity and respect of all clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a relevant field (CNA, PCA, HHA) preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift, move, or assist clients following safe handling practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification are highly desirable.
