Position OverviewWe are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CMA certification is preferred but not required.
In this role, you will:
- Assist providers with patient care, including vitals, documentation, and procedures
- Support front office and clinical operations for smooth patient flow
- Perform lab draws and prepare specimens for processing
- Educate patients on preventive care and follow-up instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Current CMA or CNA certification in North Carolina (CMA preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
