The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) is the first point of contact for our clinic and plays a key role in shaping each patient’s experience. This position supports daily front-office operations, including patient onboarding, scheduling, and billing support, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients and families in person and by phone
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Support patient onboarding and intake processes
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance-related questions
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth clinic operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
