Carolina Caring is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our team, providing vital case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers in their most critical moments. As a Medical Social Worker, you will perform in-depth psychosocial assessments and create tailored care plans in collaboration with our Interdisciplinary Team, ensuring holistic care for our patients.

This role will focus on serving home patients in the Gaston County region.

Employee Type:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Must have one year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Required Degree:

Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
