Summary
Summary The Relationship Banker I is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The incumbent is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service while following Bank policies and procedures, maintaining essential controls and mitigating risk. The incumbent is responsible for helping customers achieve their financial goals through the sales and servicing of bank products and services.
The incumbent works with the branch team to achieve their team scorecard goals and is responsible for achieving their own individual scorecard goals.
High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications- Strong relationship skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Must complete teller training classes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
