Caro Mont Health is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible, fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon to join our growing and established Surgery Service Line.

Caro Mont Surgical Associates is recruiting a highly qualified individual to join 5 General Surgeons and 4 Critical Care/ Trauma Surgeons, which are supported by 10 Advanced Practice Providers.

Caro Mont Regional Medical Center, an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system, has a 476-bed main campus with a dedicated Level III Trauma Center located in Gastonia, NC, along with a brand-new state-of-the-art satellite facility in Belmont, NC. Both campuses are less than 15 miles from Charlotte, NC.

This opportunity will offer:

• Strong relationship and collaboration with our Caro Mont Cancer Center, which offers comprehensive oncology services supported by an integrated team of specialists

As part of Caro Mont's strategic expansion of its comprehensive cancer program, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and advance colorectal cancer services within a strong, well-supported community health system committed to multidisciplinary cancer care and programmatic growth. The program is supported by dedicated oncology nurse navigators, genetics counseling, and robust supportive care services- all contributing to high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.

The incoming Colorectal Surgeon will play a key role in developing and growing Caro Mont Health's colorectal cancer program, collaborating closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, gastroenterology, radiology, and pathology as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary GI oncology team. The program features a Commission on Cancer-accredited Cancer Center, dedicated GI tumor boards, and a strong foundation for future growth.

There is tremendous support from Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery, and administration. The Emergency Department is staffed by full-time, board-certified physicians treating over 100,000 patients annually.
