Manufacturing Operations Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Manage production operations to ensure KPIs are being met
- Mentor and supervise the Production Supervisors
- Oversee production schedule and make revisions as necessary
- Utilize problem solving skills to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategy for making improvements.
Requirements include:
- Experience managing production operations
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Experience working within packaging, paper production, or similar industries
