Personal Care Attendant​/Caregiver

• Compensation: $14 - $19 per hour

• Help clients take prescribed medication through reminders only
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility aroundthe house or outside (doctor’s appointments,walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Complete the client’s shopping
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’tcomplete on their own, including preparing meals
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coach and the Field Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Previous caregiver experience preferred butnot required
• CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
