JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs field inspections and enforces City and Municipal Codes pertaining to Public Welfare, Safety, Public Nuisance, and Property maintenance. Serves as a resource and provides information on the City Municipal Code to Property Owners, Residents, Businesses, General Public, and City Departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Operations, Services, and activities of a Municipal and Building Code Compliance Program. Pertinent Codes, Ordinance Laws, and Regulations pertaining to City Licenses, Nuisance Abatement, Property Maintenance, Public Welfare, Health and Safety, and Related areas.
