Key Responsibilities- Maintenance & Modifications:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and complex airframe/engine modifications. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with precision and accuracy. - AOG Support:
Provide critical Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support, which may involve occasional travel in the region. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work meets FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company quality standards. - Operational Flexibility:
Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support flight operations.
- Hold a valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings.
- Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 145 operations and FARs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various hangar/apron environments (no allergies to fuels, oils, or solvents).
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
- Experience with Business/Corporate Jets (Hawker, Beechcraft, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Learjet).
- Completion of at least one (1) manufacturer-specific Maintenance School.
- Proficiency with aircraft maintenance software and general computer systems.
