We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Project Estimator to join our team. Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost forecasting, materials take‑offs, and vendor coordination. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids, conducting thorough quantity take‑offs, and developing project budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct thorough quantity take‑offs and cost analysis.
- Develop project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize industry‑standard software tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy.
- Maintain and utilize cost history to inform scope, pricing, and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
