The Agents Companies are seeking highly motivated, experienced mechanics to join our team in the Triad Region. In this role, you will service and maintain large trucks in the foundation coating and material spreading division and manage a fleet of over 250 vehicles. Whether in the shop or on the road, you will be crucial in maintaining our high standards for fleet performance and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform lube and automotive maintenance
- Operate vehicles safely and provide mechanical support for fleet vehicles
- Conduct maintenance tasks indoors and outdoors, with the ability to bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed
- Lift up to 70 lbs repetitively
- Deliver excellent service to staff and customers
- Commit to a flexible schedule, with occasional 10-12 hour days as needed
- Maintain prompt, daily attendance at the assigned location
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in Diesel Engine Repair, Mechanical Knowledge, and Diagnostic Software
- Safe Driving Record and Drug-Free
