Residential Plumber

When you join our Garner, NC team, you'll make $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience) plus commission. We'll provide you with everything you need, including tools, a work truck, uniforms, and an iPad on top of our general benefits package that includes:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER

THE SCHEDULE:

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but you can work overtime if you'd like! We offer optional Saturday shifts if you want more hours.

YOUR ROLE:

• Running residential service calls to diagnose and fix issues with our customers' systems
• Professionally engaging with customers, clearly explaining service options, and making the appropriate repair/replacement recommendations
• Treating every customer and home respectfully
• Following our business systems to keep growing in the trade and improving your ability to help customers

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to serve all of Wake County
• Commitment to doing things the right way and performing high-quality work
• Drive to keep learning and growing so you can do your best
• "Can-do" attitude, a team spirit, and a commitment to providing 5-star customer service

Experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial! A solid foundation of plumbing knowledge would also be a plus.
