CRO​/pharma outsourcing sales

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth within the U.S. clinical trial and comparator drug supplies market. This quota-carrying role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep pharmaceutical market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close complex sales.

• Drive net-new business and expand existing accounts across the U.S.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using SAP CRM.
• Execute enterprise and land-and-expand sales strategies.
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams to support the full sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

• 5–12+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (clinical trial supplies or comparator sourcing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of branded pharmaceuticals, distribution channels, pricing, and clinical trial sites.
• Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel; self-motivated and results-driven.
• Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or related field
