Guest Service Representative

Overview

Nothing Bundt Cakes refers to guest services representatives as Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a visit to the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community.

• Assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for celebrations and special occasions.
• Ensure orders are accurate and completed smoothly from start to finish.
• Create a welcoming environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other store tasks as needed to support guest experience.
