Job Description

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join their team. The role involves working a flexible schedule, interacting with guests, and providing excellent customer service.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.75 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.

• Communicate effectively and have a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Ability to handle cash register operations, cash transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
• Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
